On Thursday next Mr G oldie is to ask the Minister of Public Works the following question. It is raised by the fact that in their report of the Charitable Aid Board already referred to, they thank Mr Ormond for what he had done :— " If he will inform the House of the terms upon which some seventy-three men were through the influence of Mr Ormond employed upon the Woorlville-Napior railway, thus relieving that district of a very seiious unemployed difficulty, and whether the provisions made in the case referred to can and will be made in other districts if so deshod."
