NATIVE TRIBE READY FOR ACTION.
The Te Ngatiri tribe, under Karauri Matuakore, are armed and ready to render assistance if necesssary. WELINGTON,2p.m. Major Ropata has sent for a reinforcement of 25 Ngatiporaus who are in Gisborne, and a number of Volunteers left Giaborne this morning to join the foi ces.
