MR OBRIEN SENTENCED. Dublin, February 19.
Anoj hlr scene of a sensational chaiacter was witnessed yesterday in the Court-room at Tralee. Mr M. Healy, 1\1.P., was defending Mr \V. OBrien on the charge of inciting, when he called Turnei a sneak, He was ejected from the Court-room foi insulting Turner, and the further progress of the trial was adjourned in consequence. The trial of MrW. O'Biien, which had to be adjourned owing to the insulting conduct of his counsel, was continued to-day, when the accused was sentenced to a term ot six months, the sentence to be partly concurrent.
