The farewell letters written by the late Prince Rudolph and Baroness Vettura, now published, confirm reports already cabled that death was premeditated, Rudolph wrote Prince Bj'aganza ns follows : " I must die I cannot do otherwise, keep well and be happy, Rudolph." The Baroness wrote to her mother as follows : " Dear mother, I die with Rudolph, we love one another too much ; forgive me ; farewell, thy unhappy Marie."
