Marlow for protection for, Success Licensed Holding, No. 2, Waiorongomai, for three months. - Mr John Hart appeared on behalf of applicant. In lodging his application applicant stated over £200 had been expended on the claim, and'pointed out that at present there was no satisfactory means available for treating the quartz. Application granted, His Worship remarking at the expiration of ths period he should expect the ground to be worked. By that time pi obably two processes would be available in the district for treating ore. John Abbott, for protection. for New Era Special Claim, Machine t Site and Water' Race, Waiorongornai. Granted for fourteen dayp.
