Hamilton, March 17. WAIKATO JOCKEY CLUB.

The Waikato Jockey Clubs races wci* held to-day on Alhvill's course, Cambridge* About 200 were present. Mr J. C. Booth's Ernest won the two principal events of the day, namely, the Waikato Jockey Club Handicap and the Redwood Stakes. The Selling Hack Race was won on the post by Fisherman, after an exciting finish. The following are the results :—": — " Hurdle Race.— Koitero, 1 ; Joe, 2. Novel Race. — Leila, 1 ; Fisherman, 2.
