THE FROST KING.
New York, March 12. Unequalled snowstorms were experienced in the vicinity of this city today. The city has been frozen into a •state of inactivity. Street and railcroad traffic has been stopped, and telegraph lines broken. Business is completely blocked, the people being afraid to venture out.
