LORD SALISBURY ADMITS FREE TRADE FALLACIES.
London, March 13. In the House of Lords the Earl of Delawarr called attention to the degression in trade, and Lord Salisbury, in reply, said that, admitting the falla•cries of free trade, Parliament was unable to adopt protection.
