The resolution was seconded by Mr Ileulbuoto. In moving the resolution Mr Frazorsnid , he thought it was highly desirabl*» that a | committee should he appointed, so that the matter rai^ht be fully discussed before any decided stop* were taken, and after the committee had anived at their decision, it could bo submitted to a public meeting later on.
