THAMES R.M. COURT. PEEL Y. BLAIR. Thames Last Night.

The Resilient Magistrate's Court was occupied all to-day iv hearing the case of Major Peel v. Robert Blair, a claim for £213 damages, alleged to have been caused to plaintiff's farm at Hikufcaia by the floating of logs down the river. The sum of £110 was paid into court Mr Miller appeared for plaintiff, Mr Lush for defendant. Judgment was reserved till to-morrow (Saturday) morning.
