Auckland, Last Night. The Stella, Opt. Fairchild, baa sailed for the Kermaiiic Islands, which are to be formally annexed by New Zealand. The Stella has on board Messrs. Percy Smith aud Cheeseimm, of the Survey Department, who are to make a survey of the islands. PRODUCE MARKETS-LOW PRICES. Binney sold by auction to-day 943 sacks of potatoes at from £2 6a to £2 15s per ton ; also 65 sacks maize at 2s 4d to 2s 10d bushel. THE ELECTIONS. Private advices state that the writs will probably be issued on the 25th inst., and the elections take place 26th September.
