ANOTHER AFRICAN WAR. Threatened Attack by Portugal. Aden, February 13.

News has been received from Zanzibar that the Governor of Mozambique has formally demanded the cession to Portugal of the territory which was recognised as the Sultan's by an agreement concluded between England and Germany. He has requested that a reply shall be given within twenty-four hours. The Sultan has referred the question to the European Powers. The Portuguese representative at Zanzibar has lowered his flag, and relations between the two Governments have been broken off A Portuguese bombardment of the village of Tungue, which adjoins the colony of Mozambique, is threatened.
