THE SOMALI INCIDENT.—ANGLOFRENCH AC f lON. Tho British and French Governments have mutually recalled their respective Consuls at Zala, the capital of the Somali country. It ia expected that united action will be taken by the two Governments with regard to the Somali coast.
i TYPHOID FEVER IN VICTORIA. Melbourne, January 20. Typhoid fever still continues in Melbourne. In Victoria, since the begining of the year, 150 cases have occurred, 35 of which proved fatal.
