Conditions under which the Pifiko County Council hold tie tramway ; al.-o conditions tor the working of same :—: — 1. Machinery for mining purposes up to the working capabilities of the line to be carried on the line when required, at a charge to be agreed upon between tlie owners and proprietors of tramway. Should no agreement be arrived at the charge to he fixed by arbitration, each party choosing an arbitrator. The arbitrators to nominate an umpire whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties. 9.
