Tiie usual fortnightly meeting of the above was held in the Weslcyan Church on last Tuesday evening. Mr Ilott occupied the chair, and Mr W. W.-Ashby presided at the harmonium. Owing to the heavy state of the roads country Friends were unable to be present, still the attendance was good, numbering some 32 i The meeting having been opened in the usual manner an interesting programme of about the U3iul length wa^ gone through, ink rsptsrscd by several -elections from oyloV songs and solos.
