The House has been in Committee all day on the Bankruptcy Bill and other Biils. The Leaseholders and Qualification bill Stock and Property bill have been read a first time. In reply to questions, the Government stated they would not afford any facilities for increased Chinese i aiegration, although willing to afford those in the colony every facility to move about. In the Legislative Conncil Pharanzyn's motion to abolish honorarium to Councillors was disposed of by the previous question being carried by 25 to 6. The whole of last night (Eriday) was spent in Committee on Bills of Exchanged Bill*
