JURY DISAGREE. MELBOURNE, Dec. 13. The jury disagreed in the trial of the Pierce brothers, charged with the St. Kilda murdep. Received 12 Noon. SYDNEY, This day. A proposal to amalgamate St. Stephens and the Scotch Church and make one Central City Church was defeated at the Presbytery by one vote. SYDNEY, This day.
