FRENCH REVERSE IN SYRIA.
ARAB ARTILLERY TRAPPED. PARIS Dec. 13. y The Temps announces a French reverse in Syria, south-east of Latakia, where the Turks captured a detachment of Arab artillery and machineguns, killing a number of troops. The Temps demands an official explanation of how the Turks were able to penetrate A.rab territory under the French mandate.
