PALESTINE SETTLEMENT.

LONDON, Dec. 13. The Zionist Organisation states that the British and French Governments has agreed that all the existing Persian colonies, including Metallsh and the town of Banian shall become part of Palestine. The question of the utilisation of the waters of the Yarmuk and its tributaries and the Upper Jordan will bo referred for settlement to a special commission of representatives of the British and French Governments and Zionist engineers. In the ease of the matter will be referred to the two Governments and arrangements, made, to become part of an international agreement.
