* COMMERCIAL POSSIBILITIES. \ Received 10.35 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 28.* The Air Ministry has prepared an extensive scheme to test .the commercial possibilities of airships, using five of the largest dirigibles, including the ex-German L7l, carrying 150 passengers. Flights to Germany and Egypt are contemplated.
