ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the above was held in Town Hall Supper Room on Friday, November 26. The President, Mr .W. McLennan was unable to be present, and Mr W. McCombie, Vice-President, was voted to the chair, and presided over a good attendance. The minutes of the first annual meeting were read and confirmed. The balance-sheet was read and adopted. The election of officers was then proceeded with, with the following result: Patron, Mr W. Glenn, M.P.; President, Mr W. McCombie; Vice-Presi-dents, Messrs S. Powell, A. R. Munro, D. Scott, J. Gilchrist, D. J. McLennan, P. S. Wakeman, and J. Quirk. General Committee, Messrs A. Leighton, S. Dunbar, A. F. Thomson, J. Mortland, Geo. Bray, A. K. Overton, J. McColl, F. Swindells, W. McLennan, W. Munro, J. F. Menzies, W. C. Gregory, H. Dashwood, E. Loader. J. Jamieson, W. Howens, A. McClure, J. A. Anderson and R. McLaren. Secretary and Treasurer, Mr F. M. Marlow. It was arranged to hold the annual sports gathering on January 27th next (Thursday). The general committee will meet in the Fire Brigade Hall on Thursday evening next at 7.45 o'clock.
