FOE BPJEACy OF LAW. EI.TBAM, This day. Two members of the Eitham Bore Ough Council, H. G. Carman and I. J. Bridger, were disqualified for technical breaches of the Municipal Corporations Act. Carman accepted a payment of over £lO in on© year, and Bridger sold the Council an article of a value exceeding £5. Carman Is appealing against the decision.
