TO-MOEBOW'S GAMES.

WELLINGTON TEAM'S VISIT. The Wellington Representative Hoekey team, which is to compete against Auckland in the shield match on Saturday, will meet the Taihape rep. team on Monday, on the Recreation Ground.
At a meeting of hockey enthusiastslast night it was decided that the visitors be entertained after the match, and a dance will be held in the Town Hall in the evening. A committee of about twelve men were appointed as a grounds and haill committee, and a; committee of ten ladies we,re elected;
to constitute the supper-room commit* tee and to carry out the supper arrangements. It. was decided to invite the Mayor to officially welcome the visitors at the dance in the evening.
