THE CHILDREN'S BALL.
TOWN HALL, FRIDAY. The sixth, annual ball in connection wijth the Taihape District High School -will be hel'd in the Town Hall' on Friday evening. The arrangements for this popular annual function are well in hand, and the ball should be as successful as any of those held in previous years. It will be remembered that the children's ball in past years has been the best function of the year, and as it is the one evening of. the year on which the children get an. entertainment in which they are the principals, the ball is usuall'y Supported most enthusiastically by the public generally. The charge for adults is 2/6 and for children 1/-.
