TOWN HALL PICTURES. SESSUE HAYAKAWA. Sessue Hayakawa is such a charming actor,- that one can exlend sympathy to him in roies, such as he has had of late, where the beautiful Western girl cannot marry him because of racial prejudice or the colour line or some such reason. In "Bcmds of Honour,'' his latest Haworth special feature, he is at last fortunate in getting a girl to himself, without having to fade out in grief at the close of the picture. IS" "Bonds of Honour," he is responsible for a remarkably fine cnaracterTsation in the dual role he has essayed", that of twin brothers, so alike in feature, but very iff morals and habits. Tne story introduces Hun treachery and Japanese Secret" Service, and has not a dull moment; throughout. The double exposures are so cleverly produced as to create a perfect illusion. Interest in the Mary Page serial is at fever heat. New and unexpected situations unfold themselves. If Mary Page is not guilty—then who? Perhaps it was her father? —herfnother? or the Attorney himself?
