OU'I‘BI{E.~\K BY TRIBESMEN. DELHI, June 9. A. serlmxs outbreak is reported in "Mesopotamia. A party of tribesmen, led by Sllerifii-an officers, attacked Telafar, seizing the Government buildings, and killing all Government oilicials, including two British officers. A number of the inhabitants were also killed. The crews of two armoured ears who visited Tel-afar next day are I'epol'l'ed. to have been captured and nlul'del'e<l. A punitive column is being; sent from Mosul. _
