! TOWN HALL PICTURES. ! TO-NIGHT—DOROTHY DALTON. Dorothy Dalton has an ideal role as Marcella Daranzo in "The Mating of Marcella/' showing 7 at the Town Hall to-night. The drama seal s in an unusual manner with a complex subject, but' so effectively is it done that the interest of the nUioTder is at once rivet ted. and held to the last. Marcella is loved by s ican already married, and she couitt hsve loved him, if he had not been carried. But he has an ailing child, and ell her aotheringinstinct is called towards him, fcut because she merely assumed a mother's part, society shook its Head, and frowned, and whispered aid lied But suspicion, scorn and falsehood were the way to her final happiuess. The story is delightfully told and acted, and the photography and settings are of the very best. THE EING'S. At this popular theatre to-night, • there will be shown a double star programme, when two pictures of merit will be shown. The first to be shown is that popular actor Douglas Fairbanks, in "Double Trouble." The production is in five parts, and Douglas is too well known to need any further comment. The second star, "The Barrier," is in seven parts, and in this Rex Beach's works needs no booming.
