SOCIALISTS AGAINST SOVIET RULE. LONDON, April f». The Congress of Bavarian Socialists at Nurnberg declared by 42 to 8 votes against Soviet rule. Apparently the red regime is confined to the southern portion. REVOLUTIONARY PLOTS IN BERLIN. Received April .10, noon. LONDON, April 9. A plot has been discovered at Berlin aiming at the overthrow of the Government and the proclamation of a Soviet Republic throughout Germany. Mac.oeburg was chosen t.s the centre of the revolution. It is not yet known how far the Government has succeeded in maintaining order.
