MUCH SYMPATHY AMONG THE PEOPLE. KAISER’S PALACE LOOTED. LONDON, November 29. There are many rumours from Berlin of counter-revolutionary plans. A ; number of army leaders favour the I return of the Kaiser. Repatriated soldiers state there is much sympathy with the Kaiser among the people, but they are afraid to show it. A mob in Berlin looted the Kaiser’s palace. Returned German soldiros arc rumSaeking houses and maltreating the people. PRUSSIAN UPPER HOUSE ABOLISHED. Received 8.55 a.m, LONDON, Nov 29. The Prussian Upper House has been abolished.
