0 AMERICA'S DELEGATES TO THE i PEACE CONFERENCE. I j WASHINGTON, Nov. 30. j It is officially announced, that the I American delegates to the Peace Conference will be President Wilson, (Mr. Lansing, Colonel House, Mr. White and General Bliss. The announcement caused no surprise, but there is some disappointment that Messrs. Taft and Charles Hughes were not included. It is believed Mr Baker will go to the Conference later, and takes President Wilson’s place when the latter return’s home. Newspapers contend that American opinion will not be adequately represented by President Wilson’s appointees, who will merely carry out the administration’s policy. President Wilson’s failure to include Republicans in the Peace Conference personnel has been made the subject of Republican Senate movement to despatch a senator independently to France to report the proceedings for the Senate RIO JANIERO, Nov. 30. Domicio Dagama, Brazilian Minister of Foreign Affairs, interviewed, stated ( Brazil will participate in the Peace ■Conference, She will be against the return, of the German colonics. It is natural wo shall desire indemnification for the cast of our participation in the war.
