Lord Burnesum presided at the subsequent luncheon at a similar conference arranged with South African and Australian journalists. REPATRIATION OF WAR PRISONERS. Received 8.55 THE HAGUE, July 17. The Anglo-German agreement provides for the amelioration in the treament of prisoners in Germany and England. The transportation problems will be worked out by a separate commission at The Hague, including two Englishmen, two Germans, and one Dutchman.
