NO INCREASE IN PRICE OF WHEAT. Received 9.10 a.m. WASHINGTON, April 19. The House of Representatives has rejected the Senate’s proposal to Increase the pric of wheat to 250 cents a bushel, and the price remains at 220 cents. The Senate has passed the Pittman Bill, authorising the melting of 000,000 silver dollars into bullion in order to settle trade balances in India and China.
