Saturday next is the last day for making entries for the Taihape Show, and intending exhibitors are reminded not to forget to make their entries in good time. An error is made in the schedule with regard to the class for 3 Fat Steers, the cup which is offered for competition Jn this clas£ and which was donated by Mr. F. J. Hintz, is of the value of £2O not £lO 10s as stated. A challenge cup donated by Messrs. Barraud and Abraham as a Points Prize in Fat Cattle Classes has been omitted. Exhibitors of Fat Cattle are asked to note these omissions. The committee hope that local farmers will give sufficient support to the Farmers’ Classes of sheep as 'that the handsome “Peacock Cup” may be allotted this year.
