TO DISSOLVE THE REICHSTAG. AMSTERDAM, Sept. 3. Pan-Germans are making an effort to dissolve the Reichstag, Leading Junker newspapers declare that the Reichstag does not represent the people, and are organising a campaign in favour of a dissolution. Pan-German organisations arc deluging Dr. Michaclis and Hindenhurg with resolutions denunciatory thereof. NORWAY’S FOOD SHPPPLIES. A DARK OUTLOOK. CHRISTIANIA, Sept 3.
