LITHUANIANS DYING OF STARVATION. Received 9.50. PETROGRAD. Jau 15. i The Germans have introduced compulsory labour in Lithuania for trench digging. A protest meeting at Vilna resulted in punishment by the levy of jtee million roubles. Although many Lithuanians are dying of starvation, the towns are placarded with invitations to volunteer for the German Army.
