POWDER MILL EXPLOSION.

Received 8.40. NEW YORK, Jan 14. Three arrests have been made in connection with the Haskell explosion, by which Dupont powder magazines at Haskell, New Jersey, containing 200 tons of machine- gun powder, intended for the Allies was blown up. A small explosion warned the 1,400 employees. Then there were three heavy explosions. Two employees are missing, and 12 others injured.
