Gardner is the principal of the ntew firm, which will trade under the name of Gardner and Co. Mr. Crawford has a large clientiele and Mr. Gardner hopes to increase past trade by utilising every effort to provide the drapery and mercery needs of the community in every particular. Mr. Gardaor has been in Wellington for the past eight years as branch manager of tlie New Zealand Clothing Factory, and has had 35 years' experience of the trade, including several years in some of the largest English warehouses.
