GALLANT BELGIUM.
BELGIANS RAISING ANOTHER ARMY. PARIS, Feb 1.5. The Belgians are endeavouring to raise an army cf 200,000. Eighty per cent, of the 1914 recruits living near the Dutch and French frontiers have already joined the colours. An urgent appeal is made to refugees in Holland unteer, as otheriwse the Belgian Govbetween 18 and 30 years of age to volernment will issue a decree for compulsory military service. -
