THE EGYPTIAN FIGHT.
ELABORATE BOATS CAPTURED. (Per Press Association). LONDON, Feb 11. The “Evening News’ ” Cairo correspondent states that two iron boats were captured at Suez. They hold forty men, and are elaborately finished, and can be used as boat or pontoon. They were fitted with special silent oars with metal blades and had been used as water reservoirs on march across the desert. Similar boats were found cn the Canal banks, bullet-ridden.
