RUSSIAN UNION STRONGER.
BY CAPTURE OF GALICIA. FULL STRENGTH NOT YET EXERTED. (Reed. 9.20 a.m.) PETROGRAD, Feb. 11 At the opening of the Duma Session, the Premier declared that the conquest of Galicia had rendered stronger the union of the Russian people, and caused fraternal approachment between the Russian and Polish people, while at the same time all Slav tribes were growing closer and closer to one another.
The Russian army was stronger than ever. A radiant future for Russia was beginning to dawn on the walls of Constantinople. The war had had but little influence on the domestic and economic life of Russia. The country had not yet exerted its full strength. M. Sazanoff, in traversing Germany’s declaration that she was forced into war, declared that Germany had sought to embroil Russia and neighbouring countries by a course of intrigue in.
