MARTON DISTRICT A. & P, ASSOCIATION,
ANNUAL SHOW. WEDNESDAY NEXT. Intending exhibitors in the home industries section at the Marton A. anti P. Show, on Wednesday next, are reminded that entries close at 10 o’clock on the morning cf the Show. All entries must be made with, the steward on the ground. Mr Alt. Coleman has given a special of 10s for scones. Mr E. Newman, M.P., will officially open the shew at 12 o’clock, and a number of Ministers of the Crown have signified their intention of beingpresent. The rain yesterday considerably improved the course for the horse jumping competitions; and as all the winners at recent shows are entered, the public can rely on seeing a good exhibition cf horse jumping.
A number of side, shows have becked space, and the public will be liberally catered for in anmisements.
Railway excursion tickets will be issued by the Department; and as the trains are admirably suited, the attendance should be very large. The Marten Brass Band has been engaged for the day, and a special programme of music has been arranged.
