JAPANESE IN HONOLULU
For the second time a proposed flight by a Japanese aviator over Honolulu has been cancelled on orders from the United States authorities, upon the eve of the day advertised fc-r the exhibition. The aviator was preparing to make his flight on November 21, as permission for him to do so had been cabled" from .Washington, - but Governor Pinkham interjected an executive ban, intimating that he did so on orders from Washington. Sarhura, the aviator, Avas prevented from making his flight when it was first advertised because the German cruiser. Geier at that time was repairing within the harbour, and two Japanese war-. ships were hovering outside the port. It was said the precaution was taken to prevent any possible violation of American neutrality. The Geier since interned to the end of the war. and the Japanese warships have dis appeared from' Hawaiian /waters Samura is a graduate of an aviation school-at Los Angeles, Cal., and is a member of. the Aero Club of -America?
