INVITES TRADE MISSION FROM BRITAIN BUSINESS WITH RUMANIA LONDON, Saturday. A correspondent of the “Daily Herald” at Sinaia. Rumania, had an interview with King Carol, who said he stood for democracy. He regarded himself as the head of a gigantic co-operative business. The King invited a British trade delegation to visit Rumania, where he said great opportunities existed in industry and commerce.
