15 DEGRESS AT HAMILTON SECOND HEAVIEST THIS YEAR From Our Own Correspondent HAMILTON, Today. An abnormally heavy frost for the spring was experienced in Hamilton this morning, when 15 degrees was registered. This is the second highest this year, the highest being 16 points. Fortunately pastures and crops are too well advanced in growth to be seriously affected, though a few more frosts would work havoc.
