BRANCH OF BRITISH AND FOREIGN BIBLE SOCIETY IS FORMED Mrs. Todd-Smith held a drawingroom meeting at her home, St. Hellers Bay, on Thursday, with the object of forming a branch of the British and Foreign Bible Society. Miss Agnes Young, organising secretary, was present, and gave an address on the worldwide activities of the society. A strong committee was set up, the following being elected to office:—President. Mrs. Todd-Smith; vice-presi-dent, Mrs. Haughen; secretary, Mrs. Baskett.
