HEAVY TRAFFIC

ACTIVITY AT RAILWAY STATION SCHOOL HOLIDAYS END There were busy scenes at the Railway Station this morning when a large number of holiday-makers was leaving and returning by train in readiness for the opening of the school term tomorrow. The Rotorua express left this morning with a total of 11 cars, five more than usual. The Tanealua express carried ten cars and the Whangarei express nine. This morning’s Limited from the south carried nine cars, which is one more than Usual.
