SCOW MASiER FINED

LOAD-LINE SUBMERGED For having the load-line of the scow Scot submerged on July 18, W. Aspden, master of the vessel, was fined £5 and costs, at the Police Court today. Mr. V. Hubble prosecuted and defendant did not appear. The inspector of ships said that defendant had twice previously been warned and prevented from leaving port with the line submerged.
