AUCKLAND CLUBS’ RESULTS A strong southerly provided a stiff test over sections of the courses when the Manukau amateurs and the Auckland Cycling Club held their races on Saturday. The Manukau Club’s races resulted as follow: Senior 30-mile Race.—J. Leather (8 min.), 94min 28sec, 1; H. R. Dwight (scr.). 86min 29sec, 2; G. P. Clark (Smin), 94min 30see, 3. Fastest time, H. R. Dwight. Junior Race. —A. W. Robinson (50sec), 14min 35sec, 1; L. E. Cox (Smin 30sec), 17min 40sec, 2; L. Bellini (3min), 17min 12sec, 3. Fastest time, A. W. Robinson. The Auckland Club’s race resulted as follow: Thirty-mile Handicap.—S. Hayes (scr.). 1; S. Gooch (scr.), 2; C. Willcox (Bmm SOsec), 3. Fastest time, S. Hayes. 94min 12sec. -
