ENGLISH ATHLETIC OFFICER DIES IN CANADA ON WAY TO GAMES Reed. 9.5 a.m. MONTREAL, Tues. Mr. Percy Fisher, vice-president of the English Amateur Athletic Association, died today in hospital from sleeping sickness. He became sick while crossing the Atlantic to attend the Empire Games.
