NEARLY ONE-FIFTH OF CAPITAL For the year ended March 31, 1930, the net profit of Vocalion, Ltd., on a capital of £250,000, was £44,576, but the directors state that in view of the present state of the record industry, and the company’s programme in developing film records, they do not feel justified in recommending the declaration of a dividend.
